We found the swimming pool and exercise room was very well kept, and our room was clean & neat, comfortable, and inviting. It was just a week ago that our family held a reunion at your facility in Monmouth to celebrate the 100th birthday of my mother-in law. We can’t say enough nice things about the facility, the staff, and the accommodations. The hotel was clean and welcoming (and yes very quiet); the staff was friend and helpful even when 75 extra people participated in the dinner on Saturday night. We couldn’t have asked for a better reunion nor a better place to host it. Thank you so much! LG
This is the 3rd time I stayed here and have yet to find anything wrong. The hotel is very clean and the staff is wonderful. The pillows are even fluffy- which is rare. I will continue to come back. Thank you! The staff should be commended. TK
I have stayed at other Americinns, and this Americinn in Monmouth (Illinois) is far superior to the other ones. The Monmouth staff is always friendly and welcoming and the “breakfast lady” is the best…she is always friendly, patient, and efficient. The breakfast at Monmonth is the best. We have stayed at the Americinn in Monmouth several times while our daughter is attending college and it now feels like a second home. SA
