I just wanted to comment on my recent stay at your Candlewood Suites in Peoria. I am a Platinum Priority member and normally stay at your Holiday Inn Express hotels. I travel every week and normally stay at one of these hotels at least two nights a week. I work for Caterpillar out of my home in Cleveland and was in Peoria for some meetings. The Holiday Inn Express was full so I was forced to try the Candlewood Suites. Let me tell you that I was in for a very pleasant surprise. The rooms were excellent and I really appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator in the room as I often dine alone on carry out. I also enjoyed the vast array of snacks and meals available in your Cupboard. Also, your desk clerk, Joshua, was extremely helpful in introducing me to the extended stay concept and the amenities and services that were offered. I will now look to stay at other Candlewood Suites and thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely come back on my next trip to Peoria.

my car broke down in morton on the way to peoria for this visit. the girl
who checked me in was very nice to me and made notes that i would
likely have to check out late due to my friend who was driving me around
having to work. the guy who checked me out was equally patient and
understanding and i really appreciated them for it given my situation. i
was stranded and sortof stuck and it was great the way they handled
everything. thanks!

Don’t change a thing! The staff was incredible and the property itself was
attractive, comfortable and well appointed.

We stayed there with my daughters softball team, they were playing in a
local tournament. The hotel was amazing. The staff we so professional
and friendly. I can’t believe we didn’t have to pay for the washing
machines, which came in handy washing their dirty uniforms. A couple
of the girls on the team actually came up in hugged me for making the
reservations there. They loved it. Extra bonus was the field right next to
the hotel where they could pratice between games. The hotel was
amazing and I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it
to my friends. Keep up the great job!

THe service was great!! The man that checked us in was GREAT and the
man that checked us out was GREAT. When ever we would come in or
whoever was at the desk ALWAYA said hi and bye, etc… This was a
GREAT place to stay!! It was clean and friendley. I would stay here

My wife and I are both Marriott Rewards Platinum members but we chose
this facility for an internet special price and were very, very pleasantly
surprised. Jeff Williams, the GM, has put together quite an impressive
staff that really knocked us out with their hospitality and consideration for
our family medical emergency reasons for staying in Peoria. The staff was
an exceptionally kind and professional associate.

The front desk staff at check-in (11/13/09 around 5:30 pm) and
check-out (11/14/09 around 9:00 am) were outstanding. They were
friendly, professional and really seemed to enjoy their job. Both were
very helpful. For striving to do a better job than their competition, they
should be commended for their professionalism and friendliness. If I
were travelling to this area again, I would definitely stay at this property
again due to the staff, the convenient location and the outstanding
quality of the suites
