I stay at this hotel frequently, and I am always impressed by the staff. Shanna, Niki, Robin, Jamie and the rest of the staff are excellent. I was particularly impressed by their smiles and great attitudes through the recent blizzard that stranded many of us in the hotel for 24 hours. Thank you!

The hotel clerk that checked me in on Friday afternoon was very friendly. I needed a rollaway and a regular room would not fit one so she upgraded me to a suite with no extra charge. The room was great. Roomy and comfortable. I didn’t get her name. My friend got light headed in the hottub and she seen it on the monitor and came to check on us to see if we needed anything.
We found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the comfortable rooms and beds very much. We felt it was a great value for the price and would definitely visit again.
I was very pleased with the hotel and staff and I will be having my group come back.
My hubby forgot to spray the waffle iron during breakfast, so the waffle he made stuck to the iron pretty good. But, the woman working that morning was so nice about it. She cleaned it out for us and even poured us another batch. She said not to worry about it because it happens almost daily! I don’t remember her name, but I know she was maybe in her 50s, average build, and has dark hair.
The staff is always very nice and accommodating. I enjoy staying here because they recognize me when I walk in and are always very friendly.
After we left, I was contacted about an ornament that my room mate left and the hotel staff mailed it to me within 2 days… great service… THANKS!!!
The two attendants both female at the front desk were very helpful – we had made two separate reservations for each night and used gold points for the second night since it was a last minute decision for the one night and they upgraded our sons room to the suite we had paid for the second night for both nights – since they had a baby – they didn’t have to switch rooms – that was helpful.
The lobby staff was most pleasant. The beds were very comfortable and the fridge and microwave were very much appreciated.
