We were booked at Holiday Inn Pekin, and they were overbooked and cancelled our reservation. Told us there was a Holiday Inn Morton. They offered nothing else. We drove to Morton and the manager there, Michelle Miranda was excellent. She said because Pekin overbooked they would have to be responsible for cost; Pekin never mentioned anything to us about that. The staff at your Morton Holiday Inn is outstanding. My daughter and I would recommend highly. Thank you Morton Holiday Inn Express.

We were so thrilled to enjoy your opening days of your beautiful hotel. We also were so impressed with Troy at the front desk. He was so mannerly, friendly, and courteous.

Good afternoon, just wanted to say thanks again for the room at the new Holiday Inn Express in Morton. The hotel looks great. I love the colors; the lobby area and breakfast area are great. It was neat seeing it now that it is done, versus when we saw it under construction! My daughter had a great time, we swam quite a bit. We used the wireless internet and that worked fine, she also used the exercise room, it was very nice too. I also wanted to say that the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Troy at the front desk was excellent. I was very nice to because the hotel wasn’t crowded, but I am sure that will change once it has been open longer! I will definitely recommend it to any Caterpillar employees that I have needing rooms here in Morton. We did try the continental breakfast too; the lady working at the breakfast area was very nice. I thought there were a good variety of items, the food was pretty good, just a couple items were a little bland, not to complain or anything, just thought I would give you my honest opinion of it. I know it is hard to get foods that are less processed when you don’t have a full scale restaurant at the property. Hope this helps you by giving my feedback. I will definitely be back as I am sure my younger daughter will want to have a swim party on her next birthday too, since she usually wants to follow what her sister does!
